Bowen Therapy.
Founded by Mr Tom Bowen in the early part of the 20th Century, Bowen Therapy is a gentle, soft tissue healing technique. The moves performed in a Bowen Therapy session stimulate the fascia tissue beneath the skin. This is effective in the treatment of all types of injuries and discomfort and also providing deep relaxation.

Most people feel discover a new level of relaxation after a Bowen Therapy session.
Reiki.
Reiki deals with using healing energy to help treat areas of discomfort in the body and also to provide relaxation. During a Reiki session, the healer will channel energy by performing moves above and on the body.

40 minutes
This is a standard session which comprises of the fundamental moves of a Bowen treatment. This is a good option if this is your first ever Bowen treatment and you would like to experience ultimate relaxation and tension release.

70 minutes
This is a standard treatment session. This session is used to aid in the treatment of pain and tension in different parts of the body. The longer session incorporates the time needed for the body to react to the different techniques being utilised. Every body is different and some cases may require more than one of the these sessions (at least 5 days apart).
This session also provides the ultimate in relaxation for those clients who would like to experience a great range of Bowen techniques.
